2025年4月25日，北京体育大学运动医学与康复学院在卓越报告厅成功举办“2021级本科生实习总结会暨2022级本科生实习动员会”。会议由学院分党委书记戴旭主持，学院领导、实习合作单位专家、专业教师及全体本科生参会，通过经验分享与政策解读，为即将踏上实习征程的学子指明方向。
会议伊始，学院分党委副书记、副院长钱菁华教授以“实习是医者成长的必由之路”为主题，结合28年前的亲身经历，强调实习对专业能力提升的重要性。她指出，实习基地的丰富资源为学生提供了理论与实践结合的宝贵机会，并叮嘱学生做好知识储备与心态调整，以主动学习的态度迎接挑战。
上海市养志康复医院黄奔老师向大家介绍了养志康复医院的基本情况及实习安排，医院依托百人治疗师团队，年均承接200名以上实习教学任务，聚焦神经、骨科及心肺康复临床实践。
运动康复教研室主任、运动康复专业实习负责教师张恩铭与运动医学教研室教师、康复物理治疗专业负责人朱悦彤分别从实习任务与职业规范角度提出要求。张恩铭老师着重强调“沟通能力与专业技能并重”，提醒学生珍惜临床资源，主动与带教老师、患者沟通互动，提升专业技能和职业素养。朱悦彤老师在动员会上着重强调实习期间的职业规范与综合素养，明确实习期间需严守规章制度，注重团队协作与安全意识，以“职业素养+专业表现”展现北体学子风采。
2021级康复物理治疗专业周赵霞同学在上海养志医院实习期间，深入参与康复临床工作并总结所见所学。她通过协助带教老师做实验、观察治疗细节，真切体会到临床与科研相结合，多学科协作等良好应用对康复效果的关键影响，总结出了要紧紧围绕功能，展开问诊、评估、治疗的实践心得。
会议最后，2022级学生就岗位选择、考核标准等问题与在场教师深入交流。与会嘉宾结合医院需求与学院规范，逐一解答，为学子扫清实践疑虑。
本次会议以“传承与启航”为主线，既总结了往届实习成果，也为新一届学生注入信心与动力。未来，学院将继续深化院校合作，搭建优质实践平台，助力学子在职业道路上扬帆远航！

Setting Sail with Practice, Embarking on a Professional Voyage: Beijing Sport University's School of Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Holds 2021 Internship Summary Meeting and 2022 Internship Mobilization Meeting
On April 25, 2025, the School of Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation at Beijing Sport University successfully held the "2021 Undergraduate Internship Summary Meeting and 2022 Undergraduate Internship Mobilization Meeting" in the Zhuoyue Lecture Hall. Presided over by Dai Xu, Secretary of the School's Party Committee, the meeting brought together school leaders, experts from internship partner institutions, faculty members, and all undergraduate students. Through experience sharing and policy interpretation, it charted a course for students soon to embark on their internships.
At the beginning of the meeting, Professor Qian Jinghua, Deputy Secretary of the School's Party Committee and Vice Dean, delivered a speech titled "Internship is the Essential Path for a Medical Professional's Growth." Drawing on her personal experience from 28 years ago, she emphasized the importance of internships for enhancing professional capabilities. She pointed out that the rich resources of internship bases provide students with valuable opportunities to integrate theory with practice, and urged students to prepare both their knowledge base and mindset, embracing challenges with a proactive learning attitude.
Huang Ben from Shanghai Yangzhi Rehabilitation Hospital introduced the hospital's basic situation and internship arrangements. Relying on a team of over a hundred therapists, the hospital annually hosts teaching tasks for more than 200 interns, focusing on clinical practice in neurological, orthopedic, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation.
Zhang Enming, Director of the Sports Rehabilitation Teaching and Research Section and responsible teacher for the Sports Rehabilitation major's internships, and Zhu Yuetong, teacher from the Sports Medicine Teaching and Research Section and responsible teacher for the Rehabilitation Physical Therapy major, outlined requirements from the perspectives of internship tasks and professional standards respectively. Teacher Zhang Enming emphasized "balancing communication skills with professional expertise," reminding students to cherish clinical resources, actively communicate and interact with clinical instructors and patients, and enhance their professional skills.
Teacher Zhu Yuetong stressed professional norms and comprehensive quality during the internship, clarifying that students must strictly adhere to rules and regulations, focus on teamwork and safety awareness, and demonstrate the caliber of BSU students through "professionalism + professional performance."
Zhou Zhaoxia, a 2021 Rehabilitation Physical Therapy student, shared her internship experience at Shanghai Yangzhi Hospital, where she deeply engaged in clinical rehabilitation work and summarized her observations and learning. By assisting her clinical instructor with experiments and observing treatment details, she genuinely appreciated the crucial impact of combining clinical work with scientific research and the positive application of multidisciplinary collaboration on rehabilitation outcomes. She concluded that practice must closely revolve around function, guiding the processes of inquiry, assessment, and treatment.
At the end of the meeting, 2022 students engaged in in-depth exchanges with attending teachers regarding position selection, assessment standards, and other questions. The guest speakers addressed these queries one by one, combining hospital requirements with school regulations, clearing up uncertainties for the students about their practical training.
This meeting, themed around "Inheritance and Embarkation," not only summarized the achievements of past internships but also instilled confidence and motivation in the new cohort of students. In the future, the School will continue to deepen school-institution cooperation, build high-quality practical platforms, and assist students in setting sail on their professional journeys!

Shanghai Sunshine Rehabilitation Center (Yangzhi Affiliated Rehabilitation Hospital of Tongji University (Preparatory)) (hereinafter referred to as "SSRC") is the largest and most influential comprehensive nonprofit public rehabilitation center in East China Area. Our services are mainly involved in medical rehabilitation, vocational rehabilitation, social rehabilitation and educational rehabilitation. In 2007, SSRC was unveiled by Xi Jinping (former Secretary of the CPC Shanghai Municipal Committee ) and Hui Liangyu (former Chinese Vice Premier) .
